| Hey Guest! Since you opened this up I think you should test my magazine to see what i need to add and what i need to take out. Please reply to this topic saying you want to test it out. I will PM you the link on DP. Not the chat!! Here are the rules for testing:
-Make any remarks about it on PM on DP
-DO NOT submit any fan art, penguin of the months, or blog of the month!
-You may NOT tell others the link to this magazine. If you do you are forbitned to test anything of mine ever again!
-You may consult the magazine with other testers. i will put all the testers names below.
-I have the athority to deny you or approve you!
They are the rules for testing. The magazine IS NOT done yet! I am just asking for testers to see how the magazine works! Rememebr reply to this message saying you want to test. This is how the message should look:
"Yes, I would like to test for the magazine. I promise to follow all of the rules. I will PM you for the link to the magazine. You have the promission to deny me in PM."
Know you know what you have to do, so this all!
